Pork meat, pork fat, salt, spices (with mustard), flavorings, dextrose, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate-sodium citrate-sodium erythorbate-ascorbic acid, sugar, starter culture, acidity regulator: sodium acetate, preservatives: sodium nitrate-sodium nitrite, maltodextrin.

100g of the final product are produced from 135g of pork meat.

The casing is not edible.
