Pork meat, pork fat, salt, spices (with mustard), flavorings, dextrose, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate-sodium citrate-sodium erythorbate-ascorbic acid, sugar, preservatives: sodium nitrate-sodium nitrite-sodium acetate, maltodextrin.

100g of the product are produced from 140g of pork meat.

The casing is not edible.
